Products may be replaced within thirty days from the date of their receipt. Products may be replaced within thirty days in their natural state without opening them. As received, they may be replaced with sealed containers. They may not be replaced in the case of the following:

1- The nature, characteristics, packaging, or packaging of the good precludes its replacement or restitution, or it is impossible to return the commodity to the condition in which it was contracted.

2- The commodity is a rapidly perishable consumer good.

3- The commodity is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale for a reason attributable to the consumer

Shipping and payment

Our online store offers several shipping and delivery options. After choosing the delivery method that suits you, you can see the total amount of the product/s plus the shipping fee.

The stated shipping fees are valid for delivery to a domestic address and include the packaging fee.

The delivery time is 3-5 working days after placing the order.

Important! Delivery charges apply to one occasion!

If the package is not picked up from the pick-up location or from the parcel machine within the specified deadline, or the courier cannot find the recipient, in that case the partner will return the package to us. In this case, refunds are not possible!

You can ask for your package to be re-delivered, but in this case, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the Buyer. Please settle the fee for the second delivery by bank transfer in advance! After successful payment, your package will be sent again.

In all cases, the Service Provider, Soliteint cosmetics kft ensures that the products are properly packaged and handed over to the delivery person as soon as possible.

In all cases, the partner carrying out the delivery assumes responsibility for injuries or damages caused during the delivery. If your package is damaged or lost, please contact customer service immediately.

Soliteint cosmetics Kft. assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after the delivery of the package. In case of damage resulting from transport, we are unable to accept a subsequent complaint without a protocol.
